How do I make changes to my event?
You can edit your event page at any time, even after sending invites. Just tap the âEditâ button on your event page to edit event details, change your page design, or configure event settings.

How can I limit group size?
Set a maximum capacity for the event and enable an automatic waitlist. If a spot opens up, we'll automatically add the next waitlisted guest and notify them via text.
You can also limit the number of +1 each guest is allowed to bring (under Settings).
How do I make someone a co-host or become a co-host?
To add a cohost, you can click on "Add Cohosts" next to your name on the event page (below the date & time). Cohosts can be any of your Partiful mutuals (aka people you've partied with before!) or past and future guests.
âTo become a co-host, the event creator will need to add you. You can accept a cohost request by clicking "Accept" on the popup banner on the event page, or by going to your Partiful notifications in the top right corner of the home screen and and accepting the request.

Do I get notified when someone RSVPs?
In general, we notify you the first time someone RSVPs. On our app, youâll get a notification for every RSVP.Â

How can I export my guest list?
To download a CSV file of your guest list, go to your Guest List and tap âEXPORT CSVâ in the top right corner. You can then choose which type(s) of RSVP you'd like to export.
What type of content is restricted from text blasts?
Federal regulations prohibit us from delivering text blasts with the following content: cannabis, CBD, fireworks, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, adult content, hate speech, gambling, prescription drugs.
How do I duplicate an event?
On your event page, you can click the three dots in the bottom right and see an option to âClone Event.â This will duplicate the event details, but youâll have to re-invite your guests.
Can I cancel an event without notifying my guests?

Can I poll/survey my guests?
Our "Guest Questionnaire" setting can be configured to ask guests questions when they RSVP - only the host can see these responses! Alternatively, you can comment on the activity feed and ask guests to reply or respond with certain emojis to poll responses.
To poll your guests on the times that work for them, you can use our Find a Time feature! When you create a new event, click on âPoll your guestsâ and write in the dates or times that work for you - when you send the event out to guests, they can vote Yes, No, or Maybe. When you pick a time, all of your guestsâ responses will be automatically converted into RSVPs!

How do I remove guests from my event?
To remove someone from the invitation list, go to the Guest List and there should be a drop-down next to each guestâs name. There, you can update their status to "Remove."

Can I turn off RSVPs for my event?
Yes, tap âEditâ to go to edit mode, and then tap âSettingsâ and go to the âRSVPsâ tab. Youâll see an option to turn off RSVPs at any point.
How long after an event can text blasts be sent?

Whatâs the limit on event size?Â
At this time, you can invite up to 1000 phone contacts or mutuals directly through Partiful! However, there is no limit on how many people you can share the event link with.
Do you send automatic event reminders?
Yes! For guests who RSVP "Going", we text reminders the day before the event and 2 hours before the event.If someone RSVPs "Maybe," we'll remind them to finalize their RSVP leading up to the event â 2 weeks before, 1 week before, and 1 day before the event.

Can I send my own reminders?
Yes! Hit "Text Blast" â "New Message" to send a text to groups of guests. You can also send a photo along with your message.
How do I collect money from guests?
1. Set a cost per person for the event and enter your Venmo or Cash App handle.
2. When guests RSVP, they'll be linked to Venmo/Cash App to complete the payment.

Do you independently verify that guests have paid the correct amount?
We can't verify that guests have paid since the money is not transacted through our platform but through Venmo/Cash App. We do ask guests to explicitly confirm that they've paid you.

What happens if I change the payment details (amount, platform, Venmo handle / Cashtag, etc.) after I start sending out invites?
Guests who haven't RSVP'ed yet will see the most recent payment details you've entered.For guests who have already RSVP'ed and paid with previous payment details, you'll have to settle any differences manually.
Do you handle refunds?
No, we do not handle refunds. If you have a guest who paid but can't go, you'll have to send the money back to them directly.
